Hi! I’m Beca, a writer, editor, content strategist, and marketer based in a 100-year-old Southwest Atlanta. Storytelling is my passion and I always found a home in bringing to life complex concepts and products to broad audiences. I’m versatile, too—who else can you say spends the morning collaborating with PMMs and engineers to understand AI technical details only to pivot in the afternoon to interview people about their vasectomies?
In addition to functioning like an effusive copy jukebox, I keep plenty of proverbial plates spinning—taking on freelance assignments, working on a couple manuscripts, visual art projects, and finding creative ways to fundraise for causes that matter like abortion access, cannabis clemency, and local mutual aid. Connecting dots—online, at events, out in the wild—gives me a rush like nothing else.
I love both telling stories and reading them. Check out my monthly books Substack for some chaotic recaps and life meanderings. You can also book a 15-minute virtual coffee, link up on LinkedIn, or fund my next read.
Other interests include: thrifting/old functional objects (peep my vintage ashtray shop), being outside, dancing with my toddler to girly pop, rap with horns, and jazz with harps.
(Important disclosure: I am no longer a baby.)
